4. The 4 pair modules shall be
designed for installation on the back mount frames.
5. These shall be readily and easily mounted on a modular base to suit equipped
capacity requirements in cross connection cabinets.
6. These shall be made from thermo plastic polyester material of good tensile
strength, high dielectric properties ,high climatic compatibility and mechanical
stability.
7. The material shall also be self extinguishing.
8. The 4 pair modules shall be manufactured with slot type quick-connection
terminals.
9. The contacts shall be made of special brass, silver plated material and the
contact tags shall be made of a very resilient material to be stable against
corrosive fume etc.
10.They shall be suitable for termination of medium and high density jelly
filled/unfilled solid polyethylene insulated wires with copper conductors of sizes
from 0.4 to 0.8 mm.
